Did you know that 70% of our hourly price goes towards paying our cleaners? This includes the hourly pay, travel time, sick leave, holiday pay, tax contributions and insurance of our wonderful cleaners.
Why is 20% of our hourly price spent on administration? For our cleaners, this covers expenses like supplies, work attire and books for Norwegian course. The remaining covers insurance, office spaces, salaries and goods like holiday pay, sick leave and pension for office employees. Thirdparty costs such as our membership at Virke and Eco-lighthouse certification is also included in this cost.

We receive thousands of applications every year. After an extensive recruitment process consisting of screening, shortlisting, training and testing the cleaning skills, under 5% are finally hired in Freska. Language and inclusion
For many of our cleaners, Freska is their first job here and we are glad we can contribute towards a better inclusion in society. We offer free Norwegian language courses in partnership with Folkeuniversitetet, starting from both beginner and advanced levels.
